Common Legal & Policy Questions

Your account is governed by capso777's master service agreement, your chosen region's applicable local law, and payment-partner compliance standards for DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS. We publish our full T&Cs before account opening. Any jurisdiction changes are communicated 30 days in advance.

Each payment method operates under its partner's PCI-DSS or equivalent encryption standard. We never store full payment credentials. Transaction logs are encrypted and retained only as long as regulatory requirements demand. Payment audits happen quarterly.

File a dispute through Account Settings > Legal Support. Include transaction ID and supporting evidence. Our legal team reviews within 72 hours and emails you a documented outcome with reasoning. Escalation to a neutral arbitrator is available if needed.

Policy updates happen, but we notify you 30 days in advance via email and in-app alert. You can review the change in full on this Legal page. Continuing to use your account after the 30-day window constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

You can close your account anytime through Settings > Account Management. We retain transaction records for 7 years to comply with Indonesian gaming and payment-partner law. Personal data is anonymised and deleted after that period, except where law requires longer retention.

Payment disputes are first escalated to the payment partner's compliance team. capso777 provides technical transaction records and cooperates fully with their investigation. You retain the right to dispute through your payment app's own support channel simultaneously.

Account opening is immediate with no formal cooling-off period. However, you can close your account at any time without penalty. If you close within 24 hours of opening, we'll refund any deposits not yet wagered.
